On June 15, the expert council of the Ministry of Culture included a picture about the feat of Podolsk cadets in the final list of recipients of subsidies in 2018. In total there are 35 projects of author and experimental cinema. Among them – the film “Last Frontier” by Igor Ugolnikov.
